Thank you for playing Volcano Princess.

We genuinely welcome communications and derivative works that help broaden the reach and understanding of this game.
Derivative works based on this game, and images and videos of gameplay, can be posted and streamed without permission, as long as they adhere to the stipulations and scope of these guidelines.
These guidelines are regulations for posting and streaming gameplay images and videos, as well as the creation, display, and distribution of derivative works, based on "Volcano Princess" ("the Game" below).

Acceptable reuse and derivative works arising from this Game

(1) Creation, display, and distribution of illustrations, fanzines, comics, novels, and similar
(2) Creation and distribution of figures and other three-dimensional works
(3) Creation and distribution of costumes (for all ages)
(4) Wearing of costumes of characters featured in the work (for all ages), as well as the display and distribution of images and videos of those costumes
(5) Images and videos of gameplay to introduce the Game

Conditions for acceptable derivative works

Individuals and unincorporated associations can freely create, display, and distribute derivative works of the Game for non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the stipulations of these guidelines.

Criteria for determining non-commercial purposes

Non-commercial purposes include individuals and unincorporated associations creating, displaying, or distributing derivative works because of personal interest, and not for the purposes of profit.
Creating, displaying, or distributing derivative works for a price to compensate for expenses for materials, printing, production, exhibition, shipping, tool usage, etc. is considered non-commercial use.

Content usage when posting or streaming video on social media or video sharing platforms

Abide by all terms and agreements of social or video sharing platforms when posting images or videos from the Game on said platforms.
When posting, include messages like "spoiler warning" to prevent those who have not played the Game, or who have not completed the Game, from losing enjoyment due to revelations about important story points.
・Videos and streams under standard advertising models on various platforms such as the YouTube Partner Program are not restricted as long as they follow the stipulations in these guidelines.
For businesses and incorporated associations, as long as the stipulations in these guidelines are followed, posting images and videos of standard gameplay to introduce the Game is acceptable. However, the creation, sales, merchandising, advertising or promotion of derivative works by businesses and incorporated associations requires permission in advance for each individual case.

Prohibitions relating to derivative works

It is prohibited to extract raw data (images, sounds, text, etc.) from the work for use reuse or redistribution.
Additionally, it is prohibited to repost or republicize without permission video (including the opening video) and music from the Game itself, or such content released by the rights holders.

In addition, all of the following are prohibited.

・Content that causes discomfort or offense to others, or that is defamatory or discriminatory
・Content that violates or could violate the rights of others
・Content made for the purposes of spreading or soliciting political, religious, or ideological messages
・Content that damages the reputation of the Game
・Content that is misrepresented as coming from the right holders, administrators, or others involved with the Game, as well as content that might be confused as being official
・Usage of illustrations or other data from the Game as an element of derivative work
・Content that violates local law or disrupts the public order
・Any other content deemed inappropriate by the copyright holders of the Game
